动力送风呼吸防护服（PRPS）

Respirex动力送风呼吸防护服（PRPS）是一款一体化气密型化学防护服，专为应急响应人员在化学、生物、放射及核（CBRN）事故后使用而设计。
该防护服采用杜邦™ Tychem® TK材料制成，这是一种高性能七层非织造化学阻隔面料，兼具卓越防护性能与轻量化特性。

产品特性：

1.配备电池驱动的CleanAIR® Chemical 2F动力送风呼吸器，内置远程显示装置（RDD），安装于面罩底部内侧，并配有声音警报。
2.胸部配置重型气密拉链，外部覆盖双层防风暴挡片，采用魔术贴固定。
3.后部外置双CleanAIR® CBRN（A3B2E2K2P）过滤器，配备防溅护盖，可有效防护化学及生物战剂。
4.气密锁紧袖口系统，便于更换手套。
5.内层为Kemblok™化学阻隔手套，外层为氯丁橡胶防护手套，兼具化学防护与机械保护功能。
6.半刚性层压面罩，提供清晰无畸变的视野。
7.四排气阀设计，维持服装内部舒适的工作压力。
8.电池组支持1小时常规作业，另加15分钟洗消备用时间。
9.永久固定防护靴，集成Hazmax™化学防护安全靴。
10.可调式内部承重带，增强穿着稳定性。
11.出厂气密性检测，依据ISO 17491-1:2012（第5.3条款，方法2）进行内部压力测试，确保气密性达标。
12.10年保质期，期间需进行3次检测与重新认证。

The RESPIREX Power Supply Respiratory Protective Suit (PRPS) is an all-in-one, airtight chemical protective suit designed for use by emergency responders after chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) accidents.
The protective suit is made of DuPont ™ TYCHEM ® TK, a high-performance seven-layer nonwoven chemical barrier fabric that combines excellent protection with lightweight 

properties. Features: 

1. Equipped with a battery-operated CLEANAIR ® CHEMICAL 2F powered air supply respirator with built-in remote display device (RDD), mounted on the inside of the bottom of the mask, and equipped with an audible alarm.
2. The chest is equipped with a heavy-duty airtight zipper, and the outside is covered with a double-layer storm-proof stopper, which is fixed with Velcro.
3. Double external CLEANAIR ® CBRN (A3B2E2K2P) filter at the rear, equipped with splash protection cover, which can effectively protect chemical and biological warfare agents.
4. Airtight locking cuff system for easy replacement of gloves.
5. The inner layer is KEMBLOK ™ chemical barrier gloves, and the outer layer is neoprene protective gloves, which have both chemical protection and mechanical protection functions.
6. Semi-rigid laminated mask, providing a clear and distortion-free field of vision.
7. Four exhaust valve design to maintain comfortable working pressure inside the garment.
8. The battery pack supports 1 hour of regular operation, plus 15 minutes of washing-off standby time.
9. Permanent fixed protective boots, integrated HAZMAX ™ chemical protective safety boots.
10. Adjustable internal load-bearing belt enhances wearing stability.
11. Factory air tightness testing, internal stress testing according to ISO 17491-1:2012 (Clause 5.3, Method 2) to ensure air tightness compliance.
12. 10-year shelf life, during which 3 tests and re-certification are required.
