GTL ESD 气密服

GTL ESD 是1A - ET 型一次性使用、常规坚固密封气密服，旨在保护应急响应人员免受有毒、腐蚀性气体、液体和固体化学品的伤害。静电耗散结构使该服可以在潜在爆炸性 ( ATEX ) 环境中使用。
GTL 防护服采用Chemprotex™ 400（一种高性能多层化学阻隔面料）制成，非常轻便舒适。

The GTL ESD is a single-use, conventional rugged airtight clothing type 1A-ET designed to protect emergency responders from toxic, corrosive gases, liquids, and solid chemicals. The electrostatic dissipative construction allows the clothing to be used in potentially explosive (ATEX) environments.
GTL protective clothing is made of CHEMPROTEX ™ 400 (a high-performance multi-layer chemical barrier fabric), which is very light and comfortable. 

Product features: 

1. The protective clothing is sealed inside, which is convenient for wearing self-contained respirators (SCBA)
2. The airtight zipper extends from the side of the head to the lower thigh and is covered by a zipper cover with a hook and loop
3. Protection against liquid and gaseous chemicals (Category 1), infectious agents, and chemical warfare agents
4. Inward leakage test meets EN 1073-2:2002 class 3 standard, nominal protection factor (NPF) > 9090
5. KEMBLOK ™ glove welded on the sleeve with elastic sleeve
6. Equipped with separate anti-static HONEYWELL ® BUTOJECT ® outer gloves to provide mechanical protection
7. Two covered exhalation valves maintain a comfortable working pressure inside the protective clothing
8. Large flexible chemical-resistant goggles with a wide field of vision
9. The bat sleeve design allows the wearer to remove their hands from the gloves to check the gauges and other equipment inside the protective clothing
10. Adjustable internal support band
11. One-piece socks with conductive pads and external splash guards
12. For Type 1A (ET), protective clothing must be paired with F3A certified safety footwear. When used in an ATEX environment, these footwear must have an ESD rating (e.g. HAZMAX ™ FPA ESD)
13. Conduct internal stress testing according to ISO 17491-1:2012 before shipment to confirm that protective clothing is airtight
14. Seven-year maintenance-free shelf life, 10 years shelf life
